Lagos Portugal 2025

This was my first time to Lagos Portugal. The beaches are beautiful and the streets are charming. It’s much quieter than most places I’ve visited in Portugal and Spain and even more so in the off season as we went over spring break.

We had one day of torrential downpour and another with high gusts of wind, but nevertheless it’s an amazing little spot in the Algarve. We both did manage to get food poisoning on our very last day from this seafood dish. The put a dampener on our car ride to Seville as we scheduled a spot at a winery for a wine tasting, but when we got to the winery both of us were in no mood to try wine.
