Dubrovnik Croatia

Dubrovnik Croatia

We stayed within the old town in Dubrovnik and I really suggest if you go you do that. The place we stayed was really nice but didn’t have WiFi. That was a blessing in some ways. We spent a lot of time in the courtyards late at night taking in the food and grappa, so the grappa. I fell in love with it here and it continued on during this European tour.

It was very touristy, more so then I thought it would be. Not so much as North Americans, but Europeans. A lot of eastern Europeans and man were they all dolled up. At least the women were. I felt under dressed at times.

We walked all the way around the wall of the old town one day and that was a highlight. We also took the tram up to the top of the hill next to the old town and had dinner there and watched the sunset. This is a must
